Local Dives
The type of dives offered in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye are spur and groove canyon formations, tunnels and swim through. All dives are boat dives. We offer drift dives (no current) and anchor dives.Proof of diving certification must be presented prior to embarking on a dive and all dives are guided by a Dive Master or Dive Instructor.
The sites for dive tours offered are less than 10 minutes away from land with the exception of the Hol Chan Marine Reserve. Local dives leave at 9:00am, 11:00am and 2:00pm and each departure time is for a single tank. Double and Triple Tank Dives are also facilitated.
Night Dives
All night dives are carried out at the Hol Chan Marine Reserve which is 15 minutes away from the dock.
There are vast amount of marine life at Hol Chan, such as octopus, squids, lobsters and crabs, just to name a few.
Night dives leave at 5:30pm. Ninety percent of the marine life is nocturnal and as a result, all the little critters that were hiding during the day, will come out to feed at night.
The Great Blue Hole
The Great Blue Hole Is located inside Belize larges atoll, Light House Reef. The hole is about a thousand feet in diameter and about 400 to 450 in depth. Divers can explore this Ice Age collapse cave magnificent stalactites .While snorkelers can explore it semi -circular reef that surrounds the hole. There are always strong chances of spotting Bull Sharks and other kind of reef sharks inside the Blue Hole. After your dive or snorkel we then go to Half Moon Caye to do our second dive or snorkeling stop and where we are going to enjoy a delicious Belizean´s rice and bean. On the island you can walk around and try to spot the Red Footed Booby Bird. This is the only place in the world that you can see them. Then we all move on to our third stop behind long for our third wall dive or snorkeling stop. Here you would be able to see a variety of marine life and colorful sponges and corals.
Hol Chan Marin Reserve
The reserve can be enjoyed by both divers and snorkelers and its combine with Shark Ray Ally. Holchan, from the Mayan word” little channel,” is a most do trip on the island. It’s located just four miles Southeast of San Pedro Town. The reserve is home for several hard corals, sponges, sea grass turtle, and of several different fishes like grouper, snapper, blue tang, and much more. We leave everyday at 9:00am or at 2:pm. We provide pickup from your hotel by boat if it’s within town distance. The total time for the tour is about 2 ½ to 3 hrs.
Shark Ray Alley
It´s located just five minutes South from Holchan. Shark Ray Alley is the second stop of our most spectacular half day snorkeling trip. The first stop is at Holchan. The minute you reach to the site you would be able to see Nurse Sharks and the Southern Sting Rays. Swimming along these creatures is a one in a lifetime experience. We leave everyday at 9:00 am or at 2:00 pm.
Mexico Rocks
Mexico Rocks is our second most common snorkeling trip. It’s located about a twenty five minutes boat ride North of San Pedro Town. We leave everyday at 9:00 am or at 2:00pm. It’s a total of two snorkeling stops one at Mexico rocks and the other at Tres Cocos. On this wonderful snorkeling trip would be able to see a variety of colorful coral formations and more juvenile fishes.
